We are a US-based company and ship via USPS and UPS. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Orders will be fulfilled and shipped within 5 days of purchase.
You will receive an order confirmation via email or SMS (text message) after payment for the order clears. A tracking number for the order will be provided once the order has been packed, a shipping label has been created, and the package is complete and ready for shipping. We have access to the same exact tracking information that you receive in the shipping confirmation message.
Once we drop the package(s) off with USPS or UPS, delivery is quite literally in their hands.
- LOST PACKAGES
- Please understand that packages do get lost in the post from time-to-time. If your package has been marked “Delivered”, please check with your post carrier, neighbors, and/or local post office. If still no luck, please contact us within 30 days of the marked delivery date. We will work with you to resolve
- USING OTHER COURIERS
- If you need to make arrangements to have your item sent via another courier, please email us directly to discuss costs and options before you place your order.
- EXCHANGE AN ITEM BEFORE SHIPPING
- If you would like to make an exchange before your item has shipped, such as adjusting the size of a print, contact us directly and we will adjust the order. This adjustment may lead to a change in the total cost of the order.
- If the adjusted cost is less than the original order, the corrected cost will be refunded. If the adjusted cost is more than the original order, you will need to finalize payment regarding the additional cost before the order will be fulfilled.
- RETURNS & EXCHANGES
- Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of the original purchase date. Please contact us within 14 days of order placement if you would like to return or exchange any of the items in your order. If tracking indicates that your order was delivered after your return window closed or within a few days of that, we can be flexible on some circumstances. Please email us so we can work with you on it.
- We do not refund shipping on orders and you are responsible for the return postage. If exchanging, we'll happily cover the cost of shipping the replacement back to you. Once you return or exchange any item from any order, the whole order is considered a final sale and no further exchanges or returns may be made on remaining items (if there are any).
Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Refunds to credit cards typically take 10-15 business days to reflect on your statement.
- Pre-shipment items may be exchanged without limit as long as the change has been made before the order has shipped.
- Exchanged items that have been returned can only be exchanged once.
We ship worldwide, anywhere USPS International delivers.
Outside the US/International price will be subject to an up-charge. After you complete your order, we will send you an invoice with the remaining shipping cost calculated. *Price does not include customs/duty tax (see below).

While most orders arrive at their international destinations within 10-15 days of leaving our shop in Thomas, WV some may take more than 30 days to complete their journey. This is not something we have any input in or control over.

*CUSTOMS/DUTY TAX NOTE*
There may be additional fees with international customs/duty import tax. These are separate from our shipping costs and are the responsibility of the person receiving the parcel.
If you’re not sure, please check with your country’s international shipping policies to see if there may be additional costs so there’s no surprise.
